The Texas Development IT Operations Service Desk provides a central point of contact for help with a variety of University Development Office (UDO) products and services.

 

Gift Processing and Records Management-

VIP-
        VIP is UT Austin's database and central repository of alumni, donor, and constituent data.
          Access is limited to UT personnel with job duties that require access to alumni and/or donor records.

Eloqua-

          Eloqua is a complex marketing tool for sending mass email marketing information to alumni and friends of UT Austin.

IT Service Desk-
        Texas Development is supported by both Central IT Service Desk as well as the ADO IT Operations Team.

  • VIP User Access Request

    Complete this form to request a VIP user account or an update to your VIP access.

    • VIP is UT Austin's database and central repository of alumni, donor, and constituent data.
    • Access is limited to UT personnel with job duties that require access to alumni and/or donor records.
    • User access to VIP is removed after 90 days of inactivity.

    Please note the following requirements:

    • Supervisor approval required.
      • ServiceNow will automatically send an email notification to the requester's supervisor seeking approval.  The supervisor can simply reply to that email to approve the request.
    • Eloqua training is required prior to gaining access to Eloqua. Please complete the following training before submitting this request form:
